Rules for using the VisionX Eyewear by Ashraf Optics online store

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the VisionX Eyewear by Ashraf Optics online store. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products and product information

We sell eyeglass frames, prescription glasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear products. We aim to describe products, sizes, lens options, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and photography may cause colours to look slightly different from the physical product. Please review the product description, size, lens type, and selected options before ordering.

Product availability can change. We may correct a listing or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a clear pricing or description error occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for that order.

Prescription eyewear and contact lenses

You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate prescription and fitting information, including any required pupillary distance, lens type, cylinder, axis, or other specifications. We will prepare prescription eyewear using the information confirmed for your order. Please review your entered details before checkout and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Prescription eyewear and contact lenses are optical products, not a substitute for an examination or advice from a qualified eye-care professional. Use contact lenses only when they have been prescribed or fitted for you, follow the product instructions and your eye-care professional’s guidance, and stop using them and seek professional advice if you experience discomfort or a vision concern. We cannot guarantee a particular medical result or that a product will suit every individual.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to verify order, delivery, or prescription details before accepting or preparing it. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment, subject to stock availability and payment requirements shown at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate contact and delivery information and to pay the displayed order total and applicable delivery charges.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch or after custom prescription production has started. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return and Exchange Policy.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through Leopard and PostEx, subject to service availability. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, with an estimated range of 2–7 working days. These are estimates and can be affected by destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. See our Shipping Information page for more details.

Store use and intellectual property

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false order information, or misuse another person’s information or payment method. Store text, photographs, logos, product layouts, and other content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Our store may rely on third-party platforms and services for online checkout, payment, analytics, and parcel delivery. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for interruptions or actions by third-party services, but we will assist with order issues within our control.

Liability and applicable law

We will take reasonable care in preparing orders and responding to customer issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption or inaccurate information supplied by a customer. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Changes and contact
